Peab builds hotel in Hammerfest

Peab Norwegian subsidiary Björn Bygg has been contracted to build a Smarthotel in Hammerfest in Norwegian Finnmark. The client is Smarthotel Hammerfest Eiendom AS and the contract amounts to MNOK 118.
The hotel, which will be one of the most northerly located in Europe, will have 165 rooms, of which 19 are designed for guests with disabilities.
The work has started and the hotel is expected to be ready for opening in September 2015.
