Peab has been commissioned to build three logistics facilities in Helsingborg. The customer is Catena and the contract is worth SEK 700 million.

The new logistics facilities will be located in the Långeberga area in Helsingborg. The buildings will contain logistics space and adjacent offices for a total of GFA 75,000 m2 and be built according to BREEAM Excellent.

“We’re proud to have been entrusted with taking on this extensive construction project that contributes to the continued development of the Långeberga area. The project’s ambition is to be at the forefront of future logistics facilities and sustainability, where we have a lot to offer. This is a good example of our locally produced community building where we, in partnership with Catena, in the near future will get started,” says Olle Olsson, Region Manager Peab.

"We look forward to working with Peab, the facilities will set the standard for the logistics properties of the future and it feels great that we are finally up and running with Logistikposition Ramlösa," says Göran Jönsson, Regional Manager for Helsingborg at Catena.

The project is a turnkey contract. Construction is planned to start in August 2023 and the project is expected to be completed in November 2025.

The project was order registered in the second quarter 2023.
