Peab builds more apartments in Askim
Peab has been commissioned to build yet another stage in the project Trägården in Askim in southern Gothenburg. A total of 117 new apartments for rent will be built for Stena Fastigheter Göteborg AB and the contract is worth SEK 135 million.
Peab is already building the second stage of Trägården in Askim and will now start construction on the third and final stage. As in the second stage the buildings in the third stage will be Swan certified and climate-improved concrete will be used.

Even the third stage of Trägården is planned to keep energy consumption down and use energy from renewable sources. The buildings will be heated by district heat from return heat from the neighboring Pilegården.
The project is a turnkey contract and construction will begin at once. The project is expected to be completed by the summer of 2025.
The project was order registered in the third quarter 2023.
