Peab builds new schools and a sports center in Husie in Malmö

Peab has been commissioned to build a new school, a pre-school and a sports center in city district Husie in Malmö. The customer is Malmö City, Stadsfastigheter, and the contract is worth SEK 253 million.

The buildings will be erected on Sallerupsvägen and Lönnebergagatan in eastern Malmö.

Together the properties will provide Malmö inhabitants with 13,700 m2 in new school buildings.

This is a turnkey contract. Construction will begin in June 2017 and is expected to be completed in May 2019.

The project will be order registered in the second quarter of 2017.
