Peab builds office building and hotel in Keilaniemi in Espoo

 Peab has been commissioned to build an office building and a hotel in Keilaniemi in Espoo, Finland, in Miestentie 5. The contract is worth EUR 38 million. The customer for the office building is Real Estate Company Espoon Swing Plus C and Real Estate Company Espoon Swing Plus A for the hotel. 

The project comprises a seven-story office building and an eight-story hotel for a total of 22,700 gross m2. The new office building will stand next to the existing office building and the hotel which will be connected to the new offices.

The project is a turnkey contract and construction on the office building will begin March 2020 and on the hotel in June 2020. Occupation of the offices is planned for October 2021 and January 2022 for the hotel.

The project will be order registered in the first quarter 2020.
