Peab builds office building in Karlshamn
Peab has been commissioned to build an office building on Östra Piren in Karlshamn. The customer is Karlshamnsfastigheter AB and the contract is worth SEK 239 million.
The office building will contain offices, a restaurant with a commercial kitchen, a cinema and a small concert hall. The total surface will be about 10,000 m2 on six floors.

The project is a turnkey contract in strategic partnering. Construction has begun and occupation is planned for December 2023.
The project will be order registered in the third quarter 2022.
