Peab builds office building in Västerås

Peab has been commissioned to build an office building in Västerås. The customer is Bostads AB Mimer and the contract is worth SEK 275 million.

An existing building will be converted and extended to create the office building which will contain five floors and a basement. The building will be around 22,000 m2 in total.

This is a partnering turnkey project. Construction is planned to start in May 2017 and the project is expected to be completed in March 2019.

The project will be order registered in the second quarter of 2017.
