Peab builds office in Arenastaden

Peab has been contracted to build an office building in Arenastaden in Solna. The client is Fabege and the contract amounts to SEK 400 million. The building will be constructed in four rows, each with eight planes, and it is a joint venture between Fabege and Peab.

All materials are selected considering energy efficiency and sustainability from a life cycle perspective. The building is planned with the goal of achieving environmental certification BREEAMs Very Good level.

Work has begun and is scheduled for completion December 2015. The project was notified during the first quarter of 2014.
