Peab builds office in Karlstad

 
Peab has been contracted to build the office building Skeppet in Karlstad. The client is Klövern and the contract amounts to approximately SEK 255 million.

- Skeppet will be located in the Inner Harbor, one of Karlstad's most expansive parts both for offices and homes. Peab was the first to build housing here and we are pleased to continue to be a part of the area's development, says Region Manager Nils Staffansson at Peab.

The project will follow the guidelines for Green Building. Construction will start in October 2015 and the project is expected to be ready for occupancy in June 2017.

The project was reported in the fourth quarter of 2015.
