Peab builds office on Mall of Scandinavia

Peab has been contracted to build the second phase and thus complete the construction of the Scandinavian Office Building on the roof of the shopping center Mall of Scandinavia in Solna. The client is Råsta köpcenterkontor AB and the contract amounts to SEK 900 million, of which SEK 300 million was dispatched in the first stage.

The project is characterized by innovation in terms of technology, materials, design and architecture. The nine-storey office building will feature 4,000 modern and energy-efficient workplaces and it will be rated BREEAM Excellent in environment certification.

Work has begun and the first tenants expected to move in during the fall 2015.

The project was notified during the first quarter of 2014.
