Peab builds offices in Lund

Peab has been commissioned to build an office building in Medicon Village in Lund. The customer is Medicon Village AB and the contract is worth SEK 350 million.

The office building will be seven stories high and located on Scheelevägen in eastern Lund.

The project is a turnkey, partnering contract. Construction has begun and will be completed in the summer of 2019.

The project will be order registered in the third quarter of 2017.
