Peab builds offices in Malmö

Peab has been commissioned to build an office building in Hyllie, Malmö. The customer is Wihlborgs Pulpeten 5 AB and the contract is worth SEK 365 million.

“We’re proud to have been entrusted with building Kvartetten which is focused on both people and the environment as well as the surrounding area. The new office building also contributes to Hyllie’s further development,” says Bratislav Marjanovic, Region Manager Peab.

“Working together with our contractors and determining the final details in partnership, which also creates flexibility for our tenants, has been a recipe for success in several projects. Now we are looking forward to further collaboration with Peab on this project,” says Andreas Ivarsson, Project and Development Manager at Wihlborgs Fastigheter.

The project is a turnkey contract in partnership. Construction is planned to start in the spring of 2021 and is expected to be completed in the spring of 2023.

The project will be order registered in the first quarter 2021.
