Peab builds Point Hyllie

Peab has been commissioned to build the office building Point Hyllie in Malmö. The customer is Point Hyllie Holding owned in equal parts by Peab and Volito. The contract is worth around SEK 450 million.

Peab will construct The Point Hyllie in Malmö, a 29 story high office building, through its partially owned company Point Hyllie Holding.

The 110 meter building will be the highest office building in the Öresund Region, visible for miles around. The Point will contain some 20,000 m2 in office space and the bottom floors will hold stores, a lobby and lounge.
 
Construction will begin in April 2017 and the building is expected to open in October 2019.

The project will be order registered in the first quarter of 2017.
