Peab builds rental apartments for Tornet Bostadsproduktion

Peab sells three rental projects to Tornet Bostadsproduktion, of which two are located in Jönköping and one in Helsingborg.

220 new rental apartments will be built. The total order is worth around SEK 270 million and the projects will be reported in the fourth quarter of 2010.

Peab is also going to sell a completed rental project of 56 apartments in Jönköping to Tornet Bostadsproduktion, with access during the fourth quarter of 2010.
