Peab builds rental apartments in Uppsala

Peab has been contracted to build 204 new rental apartments in the district Luthagen in Uppsala. The client is Uppsalahem AB and the contract amounts to SEK 228 million.

The apartments are spread over 50 security homes, 30 senior housing units and the remaining 124 are "normal" rental flats. The project also includes rooms for different purposes, and garages.

It is a partnering contract, where work has begun and is expected to be finalized during the spring 2013.Lyssna
