"We've already created hundreds of care apartments together with Peab and are now continuing this successful collaboration in Falun. The retirement home in Främby will be one of the country's finest with nature and services just around the corner," says Dan Sehlberg, CEO of Sehlhall.

The project is a turnkey contract. Work will start in January 2026.
