Peab builds SMoT house in Jönköping

Peab has been commissioned to build the so-called SMoT house in central Jönköping. Orderer is Landstingsfastigheter (the County property administration) and contract sum amounts to 303 million.

The SMoT building will include rooms for Smålands Music and Theater with several theater lounges, large concert halls and other venues, and offices and more. The project was designed by architect Gert Wingårdh.

The mission is a turnkey with construction start in February 2009 and is expected to be completed by summer 2011.
