Peab builds tenancy apartments in Tikkurila

Peab has been commissioned to build three high-rises in Tikkurila in Vantaa City. The customer is the state tenancy apartment procurer A-Kruunu Oy and the contract is worth EUR 17 million.

The project entails building three high-rises with a total of 129 apartments and basement parking spaces. The high-rises will be built close to the center of Tikkurila and the train station.

“We are proud to be carrying out yet another construction project for A-Kruunu. This project is an important addition for us since we’re building the other high-rises on the block,” says Region Manager Marko Rinkinen, Peab Finland.

The project is a turnkey contract. Construction will begin in February 2021 and is expected to be completed in November 2022.

The project was order registered in the fourth quarter of 2020.
