Peab builds tenant-owned apartments in Umeå

Peab has been commissioned to build 105 tenant-owned apartments in Umeå. The customer is HSB Produktion and the value of the contract is SEK 136 million.

The project is a turn-key contract and construction has started. The apartments will be ready to move into in summer 2018.

The project will be order registered in the second quarter of 2016.
