Peab has been commissioned to build a new high school and middle school in Tuve on North Hisingen, Gothenburg. The customer is the Gothenburg City Premises Administration and the contract is worth SEK 273 million.

Construction of the school is part of a partnering contract. Customers and entrepreneurs work closely together throughout the entire process of a partnering project. The City Premises Administration has previously ordered so-called time-critical work that comprises, among other things, demolition and foundation work which are included in the total contract amount.

“Peab is the Nordic community builder and therefore projects like this one, where we are partners in building the new Glöstorp School in Tuve, are special. We are building for the future and here the educational environment for children and youths is paramount” says Stellan Haraldsson, Region Manager Peab.

The project is a turnkey contract in partnership and will be completed in May 2021.

The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter 2019.
