Peab builds the office of the future

Peab has been contracted to build the first part of an office building on the roof of Mall of Scandinavia in Solna. The client is Fabege and the contract amounts to SEK 640 million. The total investment amounts to approximately SEL 1 billion.
The building is called Scandinavian Office Building and it will be characterized by innovation and will create the best conditions for successful entrepreneurship. It is nine stories high and will include 4000 modern and energy-efficient workplaces. The building will be classified according to BREEAM Excellent.
Work will begin in 2013 and the first tenants will move in during the fall of 2015.
The project will be reported in the first quarter of 2013.
