Peab carries out real estate deal with Postens Pensionsstiftelse and Capona

Peab buys the Centralposthuset at Drottningstorget in Gothenburg. The deal is carried out through Peab acquires the shares in Fastighets AB Centralposthuset from Postens Pensionsstifelse. The purchase-price amounts to SEK 22 million and it is calculated from a real estate value amounting to SEK 190 million. Date of taking possession is December 1 2005. After the possession Peab sells the shares in Fastighets AB Centralposthuset further to Capona AB with unchanged conditions. Peab and Capona have made an agreement about collaboration in order to develop Centralposthuset with the intention to rebuild the real estate to a top class hotel.
