Peab has acquired the project Inspi in Malmö, which during a period of years has developed a building to preventive health care, research, education, hotels and clinics. The property will be the first of its kind in Scandinavia. The completed building will include more than 20,000 square meters and construction will start at end of 2012. The total investment will amount to about SEK 500 million.

- It's a great project that represents an architectural innovation and a new type of premises. Tenants are already contracted for a large portion of the surface. This is a project in line with Peab’s community building, says Thomas Anderson, Head Peab Property Development.

- City of Malmö is greatly encouraged in this business. Innovation in health is needed and Carina Billetun from Inspi has been a driving force that has taken the project to this point. With Peab resources and experience, we can now look forward to a completed building for the benefit of all inhabitants in the Malmo and Öresund area. Additionally, it will be a beautiful building, which will decorate the area at Dalaplan, says Anders Rubin, chairman of the City of Malmö Technical Chamber.
