Peab develops and builds new offices in Solna
Peab is gathering all its operations in Stockholm under one roof in Ulriksdal, Solna. The new office building is part of Peab’s investment in the new city district.
Peab’s new office building is the first of five in Ulriksdal that will be developed by Peab Property Development in the coming years. The other office buildings will house external renters. Peab’s office building will be nine stories high with some 12,500 m2 office space.
Peab is investing SEK 453 million in the office building, SEK 317 million of which consists of the internal construction contract. The order will be included in orders received during the first quarter of 2017 for business area Construction. The order will be eliminated on Group level.
In addition to offices the building will contain service functions such as a restaurant, a reception desk and conference space. The building will be environmentally classified according to the environmental certification system BREEAM. Construction is planned to start on 1 August 2017 and the building should be ready to move into during the fourth quarter of 2019.

Peab Property Development is developing five office buildings next to blocks of homes in the completely new city district in Ulriksdal. Peab Bostad has previously developed city terraced houses and apartment buildings in the area. All in all Peab will develop around 9,000 places of work and 1,500 homes here. Ulriksdal is already a vibrant city district with homes, schools and preschools and in the coming years it will be filled out with a hotel and more offices, homes, restaurants and stores.
