Peab divests foundation work operations in Norway

Peab has signed a contract to divest its foundation work operations in Norway, run in Nordiska Fundamentering AS, to NCC. 
 
The business had net sales of NOK 252 million and 102 employees in 2016.

The transaction requires approval by the Norwegian Competition Authority and the divestiture is expected to take place in the fourth quarter 2017.

Swedish foundation work operations are not affected by the above transaction and continue as ever.
