Peab donates SEK 1,5 million to BUS in Lund

Peab donates SEK 1,5 million to BUS (Child- and Youth Hospital) in Lund. BUS in a research centre for advanced studies in cancer diseases. At BUS about 60 of the 300 children who annually are affected by cancer in Sweden, are treated.
The original plan was that the company Peab would donate SEK 1 million to BUS instead of giving Christmas presents the customers. When the employees in Peab then abstained from Christmas presents to a value of SEK 250.000, Peab increased their gift with the same amount. The total Christmas present to BUS thus amounted to SEK 1,5 million.
