Peab expands the KTH in Stockholm

Peab has been contracted to conduct a comprehensive renovation and extension of KTH, the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. The client is Akademiska Hus and the target price amounts to SEK 310 million.

The mission, which is a general contractor in collaboration, consists of constructing a new school building for architectural education and to renovate the existing entrance. The new venture will serve as a landmark on the institution string called Aademiska Landsvägen and connects KTH with Frescati, Albano and Stockholm University.
Work has begun and is scheduled for completion in May 2015.
