Peab expands the Scandic Rubinen hotel in Gothenburg

Peab has been commissioned to carry out an extension of the Scandic Rubinen hotel in Gothenburg. The client is Diligentia Köpcentrum AB and the contract amounts to SEK 120 million.

The contract consists of making an addition of six floors with 112 new rooms to the existing hotel building.
Scandic Rubinen hotel is located on Gothenburg's main street Avenyn. Work has begun and is scheduled for completion in December 2013.
