Peab extends Nälstaskolan in Vällingby

 
Peab has been contracted to carry out renovation and extension of Nälstaskolan in Vällingby. The client is Skolfastigheter i Stockholm AB and the contract amounts to SEK 229 million.

The project is a performance contract covering the construction of new sports facilities, teaching facilities with classrooms and study rooms, expansion of school administration offices and the refurbishment of the existing school building. The buildings are planned for 765 students.

Construction will start in January 2016 and project completion is estimated to January in 2020.

The project will be reported in the first quarter in 2016.
