Peab gets maintenance contract in Dalarna, Gästrikland and Uppland

Peab has been contracted to be responsible for operation and maintenance of roads in the operating areas Rättvik, Avesta, Gavle, Heby and Tierp for four years. The customer is The Swedish Transport Adminstration and the total contract amounts to SEK 460 million.

The assignment will begin September 1, 2012 and it comprises a total of 4620 kilometers. Peab will include being responsible for road maintenance and snow removal. The contract is an option which may be extended by up to two years.
