Peab Industri approved for quotation

Peab Industri has been approved for quotation by the Listing Committee at the OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm. Further more has the Financial Supervisory Authority approved Prospectus for distribution and quotation of shares in Peab Industri AB (publ), which will be announced Monday 17 September 2007 at 08.00 am at www.peabindustri.se and www.peab.se.

The website of Peab Industri will be opened on Monday 17 September 2007. The B-share of Peab Industri will be quoted at the OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm with first day of trade on 1 October 2007.

- The work of preparing Peab Industri for quotation on the stock exchange has been going on for almost a year and it is pleasant that all formal approvals now are ready, says Peab Industri’s MD Mats O Paulsson.
