Peab is building a shopping centre in Värmland

Peab is building a shopping centre in Värmland, near the Norwegian border Peab has been contracted to build a new shopping centre in Töcksfors, a small village in Värmland, next to the Norwegian border. The client is the Olav Thon-group, one of the largest house-owners in Norway. The turn- key contract amounts to SEK 230 million. The building will be constructed in one stage of 27 000 square metres, aimed for shopping activities, and an underlying stage with garage and parking facilities in same size. Work has started and it is estimated to be ready during October 2005.
