Peab rebuilds for Castellum in Mölndal

Peab has been commissioned to rebuild an existing property in Mölndal. The customer is Castellum and the contract is worth SEK 181 million.

During the spring of 2021 Peab will begin rebuilding and renovating more than 7,000 m2 for the real estate company Castellum. The project is expected to be completed during the summer of 2022.

“This is an extensive and challenging renovation project that will require a high degree of engagement and collaboration during production. Start-up with Castellum has been positive and bodes well for the continuation,” says Liselott Bergkvist, Region Manager Peab.

The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter 2020.
