Peab rebuilds offices to apartments in Stockholm

Peab subsidiary Kungsfiskaren has been contracted to build an office building into apartments at Gärdet in Stockholm. The client is Aros Djurgarden Gärdet Economic association and the contract amounts to approximately SEK 150 million.

There will be a total of 103 apartments, of which 12 are newly produced on the building's roof. The project also includes a kindergarten and a restaurant on the ground floor.

It is a turnkey contract where work will begin in March 2013 and is scheduled for completion in June 2014.
