Peab rebuilds school in Lund

Peab has been commissioned to build a school in Lund. The customer is Lundafastigheter and the contract is worth SEK 139 million.

The property is located in the southeast section of Lund in the Vipelyckan area. For years the school has housed Vipan High School’s restaurant and food program which will now get a top modern teaching commercial kitchen and bakery. The total surface of the renovation is almost 4,200 m2 gross area.

The project is a turnkey contract in partnering. The project has begun and contract is expected to be completed by April 2025.

The project will be order registered in the first quarter 2024.
