Peab renovates student housing in Esbo, Finland

Peab has been commissioned to renovate 256 apartments in Esbo. The customer is Hoas – the Helsinki region student housing association and the contract is worth EUR 12 million. Construction will start in July 2017 and the project is expected to be completed in the beginning of 2019. The project will be order registered in the second quarter of 2017.
