Peab’s capital market day 2005

During the first eight months of the year Peab has started on the building of 1,424 (727) internally developed tenant-owner rights and single homes. As of 31 August 2005, Peab had a total of 2,846 (1,647) internally developed tenant-owner rights and single homes under current construction. Of these, 71 (68) per cent were sold. “We foresee stable demand for our internally developed tenant-owner rights and single homes. We have doubled the number of newly started units compared to the previous year while also increasing the degree of sale. The housing market is proving to be good at the moment and we find that what we are offering is appreciated,” says Peab’s managing director Mats Paulsson. This was announced at today’s capital market day, which was held in Solna.
