Peab’s partially owned company Acturum divests properties

Acturum was founded by Peab and FAM – The Wallenberg Foundations’ holding company – as equal partners in 2013.The company acquired a property portfolio in Södertälje from Astra Zeneca which had decided to close up its research operations in the area.

Acturum has since developed a number of properties and is now entering a new phase focused primarily on management. Acturum has signed a sales contract with Fastator and Offentliga Hus for all of the remaining property.

The transfer is planned for the second quarter of 2019 and Peab’s share of profits is expected to be at least SEK 120 million.

The revenue will be recognized in the second quarter of 2019.
