Peab selected for university building in Växjö

Peab has been given the task of building an institutional building for the Linnaeus University in Växjö. The customer is Videum AB and the contract is valued at SEK 100 million.

Patrik Hjelm, Videum’s real estate manager, says: “The building is a low-energy property, which means that when it is in operation it will use less energy than the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s applicable building regulations.” Peab’s assignment is a turnkey contract, with the construction beginning in March/April 2010.
