Peab Sells Real Estate in Visby and Upplands-Väsby

Peab sells four properties in Visby and one property in Upplands-Väsby. Buyer is Stenvalvet and property value amounts to approximately SEK 240 million.

It is a package of society properties with strong tenants that Peab now sells.

The four properties in Visby comprises a lettable area of 6,600 sqm and tenants of Praktikertjänst, Previa, Vattenfall and Gotland Media. The property in Upplands Väsby include a nursing home for 76 hospital beds and 5,600 sqm. The nursing home is under construction with completion in August 2015. Upplands-Väsby is the tenant.

The properties in Visby takes place December 15, 2014 and in Upplands-Väsby related to completion.
