Peab sells Västerås property to Fastighetsbolaget Hemsö
Peab, together with the City of Västerås, Riksbyggen and Bostads AB Mimer, is selling the property at Lövhagen 29 in Västerås at the underlying property value of SEK 130 million, of which Peab receives 46 percent. The buyer is the real estate company Hemsö.
The property at Lövhagen 29 includes a home for the elderly and a local centre with an ICA grocery store, library, nursery school and indoor sports hall. The home for the elderly is subleased by the City of Västerås, which is also the operator. Fifteen years of tenancy remain on the lease with the City of Västerås.
Hemsö is expected to take possession of the property on 1 January 2012.
