Peab has been contracted to build 100 apartments for mountain tourism in Hemsedal in Norway. The client is Skiab Invest and the contract amount is approximately 240 million Norwegian kroner.

- Hemsedal Alpin Lodge 2 will be built by Peab's Norwegian and Swedish construction organization. It is valuable for both parties that we cooperate across national border, says Nils Staffansson, Regional Manager at Peab.

The project consists of a five-story building at the foot of the mountain in Hemsedal, and will in total include approximately 13,700 square meters. In addition to 100 apartments, the building will also include a restaurant area, shop premises, ski wardrobes and an adventure land, including a climbing wall.

Construction will start in August 2015 and the project is scheduled for completion in July 2017.

The project will be reported in the third quarter of 2015.
