Peab to Build 166 Rental Apartments in Malmö

Peab has been commissioned to build 166 new rental apartments in central Malmö. The client is MKB Fastighets AB and the contract amounts to approximately SEK 327 million.

In the neighborhood, there will be eleven LSS apartments, kindergarten, restaurant, cafe and cellar.

The contract is a turnkey contract with a construction start in May 2016 and will be completed in December 2018.

The project will be reported in the first quarter in 2016.
