Peab to build a hotel in Kosta

Peab has won the contract to build a new hotel in Kosta. The customer is Kosta Orrefors AB and the contract amounts to SEK 145 million.

The hotel will be built in a split level design in three floors with 100 exclusive rooms and a spa department. In the hotel there will also be swimming pools indoor and outside and a bar in glass. The architecture will have a strong influence of glass in the decoration.
The work has started and it is estimated to be ready during the summer 2009.
