Peab to build an IKEA department store in Haparanda

Peab has been contracted to build a new department store for IKEA in Haparanda-Tornio, close to the border between Sweden and Finland. The client is IKEA Fastigheter AB and the contract amounts to SEK 142 million. It is a trust-based turn-key contract and the size of the store is 23.500 square metres which will be ready for opening during the end of 2006. For further information contact: Tommy Lundh.
