Peab to build an IKEA department store in Kalmar

Peab has been contracted to build a new department store for IKEA in the city of Kalmar, up to the E22 road near the exit the Ölands Bridge. The client is IKEA Fastigheter AB and the contract amounts to SEK 157 million. It is a trust-based turn-key contract and the size of the store is 24.500 square metres, which will be ready for opening during the summer of 2006. For further information contact: Tommy Lundh.
