Peab to build an IKEA department store in Turku

Peab’s Finnish subsidiary Peab Seicon has won the contract to build a new department store for IKEA in Turku, Finland. The client is IKEA Fastigheter AB and the cost of production amounts to about SEK 250 million.

The department store will have a building area of 37 000 square metres and it will be in two stages. The work is estimated to be ready during the spring 2008.
