Peab to build flats in Hammarby Sjöstad

Peab has been contracted to build 135 new tenant-owner flats in Hammarby Sjöstad in Stockholm. The client is Riksbyggen and the contract amounts to SEK 215 million.

It is a turn-key contract which has started and the first moving in date is estimated to June 2008 and it then continues to July 2009. Many of these flats will have sea view or view towards Södermalm.
