Peab to build flats in Örebro

Peab to build flats in Örebro Peab has been contracted to build 74 student's flats and 101 rental flats in Örebro. The client is the Swedish Church in Örebro and the contract amounts SEK 163 million. The planning of the project was proceeded by an archtect's competition, arranged by the community of Örebro, which was won by Peab. The works will begin in August 2004. The student's flats will be ready for moving in during September 2005 and the rental flats is estimated to be ready in December 2005.
