Peab to build flats in the centre of Oslo

Peab’s Norwegian subsidiary Peab AS has been contracted to build 161 new flats at Fornebu, the former airport in Oslo. The client is Rolfsbukta AS and the contract amounts to NOK 400 million. The area is nicely situated at the Oslo fiord, close to the centre of Oslo. It is a turn-key contract which will start in June 2006 and it is estimated to be ready during the spring 2008.
